Great story and art, but numerous errors in text. Not the "what language is this ", so even non-native English speakers should be able to understand everything properly.
Lack of "mute" button is a minus too. Don't misunderstand me, music is ranging from decent to good, but it should be a standard option in flash games.
Next, it may be due to outdated soft that I'm using at the moment, but "bad end"s is just a black screen and I have to use right click rewind to restart the story.
Finally, I know that it's an amateur production (and how much work it really is), but it feels slightly short.

P.S. IMHO, Purbasari (did I wrote it good?) looks better with freckles that without, so... How is that making her ugly?
P.P.S. Why every maker of flash games filled with grammar errors that I encounter in internet is Indonesian? Are differences in English grammar that great? Or is Indonesia one of those countries where people just don't use English?

first of all. thanks for the review and the compliment. you're right about the black screen in the "bad ending" .that's not supposed to happen. maybe it happen because i made this game with android format. whatever the reason i am willing to fix it.

and about the mute button. it's not that i don't want to put in there but i can't because my lack of knowledge in coding lol. i can create mute button to mute all the sound but i can't make a separate mute button between sound effect and bgm.

about the story, if i have enough time i think i will make a sequel of the story about how kasarung can stuck in that monkey form. but i can't promise anything lol XD.

actually in the true story of lutung kasarung and purbasari, the curse isn't freckles but a really nasty black spots. well, in this game i don't want Purbasari to look nasty so i decide to make a freckles instead. and if i make Purbasari have a really nasty curse, it will make Purbararang looks bad which i avoid. ( in the original story Purbararang is really evil though)

and finally about indonesian grammar error. i don't think that's true. i know some of my friend are really great at speaking english. i lived in bali and we have a lot visitor that speak english, so some of the people here speak english everyday.

i gave it 4 star's on account of how the story moved along and flowed nicely together and the music really blended it together. however I only gave four because of the fact that the bad ending was unfinished and the grammar need's a bit of work. But other then that I really liked the story line! if there is more to it I'd like to hear it.

What a fascinating VN. You may need someone to fix all the English errors, as there were a lot of those, but the art and music were charming.

Really cute, I appreciate when people incorporate folk stories into modern gaming ^.^ hoping there's a sequel! Well done on the music and art!

I love folk tales from around the world, so thank you for sharing this one. I also really appreciated the comedic twists you added, periodically.

However, the English, while not unreadable, is rather poor, grammatically. I'd suggest having a native English speaker beta it for you—I'd be willing to help over PM if you'd like.
