One, were the white Templar's assault rifles by any chance based off of the Tavor or MTAR?
Two, why do the white Templar never have to reload their weapons?

Excellent series ! I only wish you would have expanded more upon the revolutionary war and the following reconstruction efforts , the art could also be significantly improved but the story makes up for it !
