Here's a coincidence: I got the Hiker achievement while at the Mountain. That doesn't usually happen normally now, does it?
Anyway, the game has nice design, especially the boss fights. Charmander makes the game seem a little too easy though...

Really? I've had people tell me they had a rough time with Charmander. Well, to each their own. The Hiker medal is just for walking a whole bunch, so it is a coincidence that you got it at Mt. Payne!

I like the concept of being the pokemon. Awesome game. But just checking- there are shinys right either that or my buterfree is glitched.

Thanks! There are no shinies. Butterfree's Mystery Dungeon sprites just look a bit off, I suppose. You'd know if Butterfree were shiny because its shiny pallet is an abomination.
Charmander only run:
Good music.
Good concept.
Good gameplay.
Fun but easy bosses.(Only died once to the 1st one)
Beat the game at Lv.5.
Fun game overall.But as mentioned the bosses were rather easy,most notably the final one.(Hint:Keep your distance.)

a fun game i have one question though how does one fish?i want that last achievement.
ps. if you knock out a pikachu with one pokemon then switch to a meowth you still get the 'Dat's Right!' achievement.

You can catch a fish by hitting it with a ranged attack (like Ember or ThunderShock). Either a Magikarp or Lapras will do, and they can appear in any body of water.
That's interesting about Meowth. How late did it work for you? If Meowth participated in the battle, I guess the achievement is still set to go off. It's been a few years since I programmed it, so I'm not sure.
