Wow, just wow. For just a beta this is amazing. I have only one suggestion, to add new dialog after you get married. Simply because this game is lots of fun even after beating it!
WOW! As game designer myself this game was outstanding as a Beta! I felt this was VERY well thought out, and 8 years of a wait for something of this quality was definitely worth it! I do criticize hard on games, but there wasn't anything to really hurt on this, really there isn't. I believe this can rival games like HuniePop on Steam, and it definitely beats any of the other Adult games on the portal. This game is really an A rated game that was underrated, but it's fine, maybe you can add that in later?
Anyway as a game designer's perspective for you here's some things i've noticed in it
PROS
- Very good Opening
- Very good Plot, and Character Actions
- Smooth detail and art (Though I think in the full game they could be a little smoother)
- Very Nice Dates. the "Fight" scenes made me laugh at first, thought i was playing Final Fantasy III
- Great Character Depth, I hardly see Character Depth on the Portal and this amazed me. I felt connected to all the characters, even if my personal style doesn't go with them
(As I mentioned before, it's kinda my job to point out some things i think can be done to improve, this isn't me thrashing, this game is awesome dude!)
Things to Improve:
- Maybe create actions for them, like a scene for their kisses
- The Music for the date scenes seem to bug a little bit, and my Alienware Laptop shouldnt have lag
- I think you should create one more pic for each of the girls, there are 3 each, one as friends, one as a girlfriend and one as a lover, and maybe one more after you have sexy times would be great.
- I know there's at least Nene coming up in the future game, and at least 2 more, and maybe hidden characters, but it seemed to take only a short while to get the girl from a stranger to a lover for me, and about 189 days to get all of them from strangers to lovers, so maybe adding in more base characters to get with would be great, like the art girl in the art portal, like have a certain art thresh hold to unlock her or something in that order.
Overall this game was amazing man, and thanks so much for sharing this on the portal here. I am in training for Bethesda studios btw, entering an application later, and with 4 years of experience creating 3D animation and about 2 of those 4 years with Flash, I like to compliment and help other artists. This game was great bro, Wish there were some flash animations, because you can make this a dating game without being a straight porn game at the same time, kinda like HuniePop. Anyway man keep up the great work and I really anticipate the full version!
