I quite enjoy it, but it would be nice if it kept track of your top scores and highest levels reached. It could be a big prettier.

Ah, yes! That is something I have been planning to look into and do. I might be able to make it track and save high scores and some various data, but locally to one's computer. I have been thinking about Achievements too.

I honestly think this is an amazing time-spender that should be put on a mobile device, because it is suitable there. If this were on the Game Boy, this would have huge success. I know somebody said that before me, but it's very true! I like how it replicates Tetris mechanics using numbers, yet also adding a nice twist to it.

True. I am in the works of a Version 2 which not only looks better but should sound better too. I have been working on V2 on and off. I hope to resume it soon enough.
