It's simple, but it's simplicity done right. I like the idea of having to scratch together better weapons and armor each time you go in, and the subtle little story you have pieced together? It seems to be leading up to something big at the end. I hope we get to kick the necromancer's ass! Oh, and I like the music, it doesn't really get too repetitive or boring too fast.
Now complaints, the option to skip ahead to the various shop levels is alright, but it seems unneeded when it's obviously such a smarter choice to work from the first level again. Other than that, I can't think of anything else to complain about, and even that isn't much of a solid complaint. I really don't have much but praise for this game.
