Good game.
Was able to carry myself through most of the game, after around the 1st boss, with nothing but lightning. On the second last level I'd to start using fire on the beefy purple guys. The lightning Ultimate (5th spell) is OP on bosses.
After I beat the game I bought all the other spells, and elemental upgrades. The ice and fire penguin combined with the basic attack lightning strikes at maximum power (maxed Spell Force and Proficiency) is really strong. For ice I opted for maxed Impale and Stasis, and for fire I maxed the same as for lightning. If you need to get rid of dragons fast you can quickly change to ice and use the 1st spell. I didn't use anything but the lightning powers for everything though, except for some fire on the purple guys on the second last level, like I mentioned earlier, forgot to mention fire works well on the minotaurs too.
It's hard, I like it, you have to take advantage of every lil thing you have at hand like freezing flying ones so they fall and hurt whoever is below them. I just didn't like that you need to switch to a specific rune to use an arcana, got "rekt" a couple times because I was trying to use freezing arcana while using storm rune, the good side is that you have all arcana at your disposal at any time, just be sure you pick the right rune

Its not bad. The art is good and the gameplay is good. Didn't get past round three and the enemies are a bit tough. The gratuitous crotch shots really cheapen the character and the game.
