Reviews for "Trans Migra Tion"

Too bad you got tired of it... I found the concept intriguing, and the non-verbal storytelling surprisingly eloquent. Makes me rethink the need for graphic detail and eye candy to create "atmosphere" in a vid game.

Some grade A talent went into making this, despite it's simplistic look. My only regret is that it is more of an interactive story, than a game per say. If it had had some puzzle/ challenge/ quest element, to make it an adventure game, my mind would currently be blown!

I look forward to seeing more of what the Wolve Gang does!

**Spoilers**
For those who didn't get it:
I shot things and got eaten by a lion in the plains of south-eastern Africa;
I believe I got guillotined, or perhaps hung;
I fought in a war. Got shot;
I played life-sized frogger. Got squished by a car that drove up on the sidewalk;
Then I reincarnated as a baby.

Dude.............................................

Actually i loved it!

If this had been finished I think it would be amazing.
I didn't get the plot really, but just the style was enough. The music, sound and the storytelling (flsahbacks) were exellent.
Also I'm not sure but this might need a seizure warning. Maybe. I'm not a doctor.

This is actually a really intriguing concept for a game.
I enjoyed the low res graphics, even though it took a minute to figure out some of what was going on, and the sounds added to the enjoyable experience.
I would definitely like to see a more involved game like this from you down the road, because I think you may be onto something here!
We're our own worst critics, but I'm digging this one.
And I like the fact that you aren't afraid to make experimental games that differ from the norm.
Keep up the great work!

Guy-Unger responds:

thanks dude, thats very nice to hear.
If ill ever do that I would rather like to direct it, this way of working and testing just isn't enough excitement for me.
just working on a game for a week is nice for experimenting. it gives the motivation to finish it but you don't feel that bad if it fails (though i did feel pretty bad this time :P )
