This animation is decent but why is the sound quality so off, did you change the sound export settings in flash to 128kps? Allot of amature animators seem to not know about this.

I think even at 128 kbs it shouldnt sound this bad, the problem is in the recording maybe?
The character concepts are nice, art has its style, base story is ok but timing could be better. You could capitalize on the funny character concepts a bit more, that alone would carry the whole animation on its back, after the sounds are fixed that is.
Still ok for a first entry and a compo one too.
The idea of a water balloon war is interesting and good but the sound quality is way to low. If this wasn't under judgment I would have stoped at the very begining of the vid. Also, there needs to be more clarification of what is going on. Up until near the ending of this animation I was still trying to understand what was happening. Good idea, bad finish.
