This... This tastes like egoraptor!
Honestly for the first 20 seconds or so I thought you had Egoraptor on board animating this. Pretty good job, though like a lot of people here said you may want to touch up on the lip syncing a bit.

Seems to be best defined as a working misnomer. If the title of the peice came before the actual cartoon, it would probably ruin the comedic timing.
The visuals are excellent, I can see time and effort was put into each frame.
It is a bit short, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Unless you want more of it; which I do.
The puns are slightly repetitive, but work as substitutes for curse words. Make it seem less like something that was already created.
The only true weakness with this work is the background, i.e. the lack therof.
While the stylized art makes the background interesting, it does little to provide any type of context. The entire scene is completely character based, and the characters seem to fight in cartoon limbo.
That, and the growling of the weiner becomes slightly annoying, as it becomes reminiscent of previous works that play on anger and aggression. All too many which are found on Newgrounds. That is forgivable, only because it adds to the irony of the title screen at the end.
This is still one of the better titles you will see on newgrounds, and I look forward to seeing more.

I gave the extra half star just for his commentary--I also thought this was going to be a reference to the "Wacky Delly" cartoons, but am disappoint that it is not.
It's really nice. Well done and smoothly animated. It's also very funny and the punchline is really punchy, bad pun intended. Nice to see these kind of works, keep it up.
