Childhood faith back then felt the same as this. Though there were rough patches, I don't think I would ever trade it. Not only that, there was never attachments to how one should be in society or how one should pursue his future. Kids were allowed to dream big and now days...
Honestly? You're either pursuing careers you don't enjoy or are forced to follow in your parents' footsteps or something ridiculous to the point of depression.
Happiness, though, is forever going to be a choice no matter if you are old or young. Very heartwarming flash though.
