Agreed. If they added the dodging. executions, and melee weapons back in, that'd be great. Now, I'm not saying the game is bad; it's a great game on its own merits. That being said, they should add something like a survival mode, so we can play Thing-Thing like it was meant to be.
Then again, they might be working on that, since maybe the game wasn't completely finished when they released it. There's plenty of games like that out there, so maybe we should hold our tongues till then, see what happens.

I'm not sure how to really feel about it. The new element keeps you on your toes, but it makes it feel nothing like an arena-like game. The music is good, however. Gameplay... No flipping, which was generally used to dodge bullets and plain look badass... You should really bring it back! There is no health regen like in the others, so, as the name implies, for pros only. The thing-thing ( I know, its a terrible pun ) is, this game was a HUGE difference from others, and maybe a bit too big. I'm not saying some new innovations aren't bad. The new menu... I love the style, along with the new customization. I'm not a Thing-Thing pro, but those who are, you'll enjoy it, somewhat. You run against the time, and do objectives. It's fairly hard, but, remember, it warned us with the word 'pro'. All in all, this game was fairly fun to play, better than just playing the previous ones over and over.
I havnt even played it yet, but i've been waiting so long for another thing-thing game to come out.

I can't play. It either crashes or it freezes on the objective screen
Sorry. I'm a fan of Thing-Thing, but the fact that it will not start is appalling. No one should have this problem and it should be fixed on the spot.
The graphics look beautiful and I loved the customization but that's all I can do. And that's just judging from the beginning. Hopefully there's a patch or something.
