Nothing special here, i like the art style though.
The ending was absolutely terrible. I feel as if I've wasted my time and I would not replay this game at all.
When you're working with this paranormal investigator theme, you got three possible routes to go with the tone of the story: 1. a silly Scooby-Doo one, which puts the most weight on humor 2. a more serious one, which puts the most weight on horror and 3. one that combines the two, like the television series Supernatural does.
This game was really cartoony, so you were clearly going for the number 1. However, there isn't really humor at all in this game, which makes it kind of boring. The music is great for setting the creepy, mysterious athmosphere, but the mystery itself is a bit lacking. Like others have already noted, the puzzles are too illogical and far-fetced. A point and click game should never force the player to click randomly everything in order to proceed in the game.
As a conclusion: I liked the mood and the idea behind the game, but the execution didn't work for me. This game needs more logical puzzles and either more humor or more horror to be truly entertaining.
It was alright. The bobbing of the heads while talking became annoying but not a big deal. What I didn't get though was at the beginning, when the two girls go into the booth to take photos , the brunette comes out and says shes going to wash her hands , ok fine ... but when the paranormal trio get wind of the situation one of them states that a police officer told her that the girl that waited for the photos to be developed saw in the photos " a masked man strangling" her friend. SOOOO, I know that if I was just being strangled in a photo booth , I wouldn't come out all calm and collected and go and wash my hands, I'd be freakin the F out. Also , why didn't her friend see or hear anything inside the booth? Those booths are quite small. So , that's all I have to say, and that really ruined the game for me.
