Simple game, well executed. I liked the gameplay, the visual style and the music. Beating the game gave me a warm feel.
Only thing worth nitpicking about was the way of beating the game. Perhaps a hint in-game to tell that you need the medals and to do something else than keep surviving (which is the natural way to do) would've been great.
Four stars for being entertaining. Keep up the good work!
I would suggest that the health regeneration should depend on the coins that you grab, that way collecting them would be more encouraged, even after having the upgrades. Great game!

I just realized that you can run as long as you want.
Excellent game, but I'm kind of missing an ending.
- Perfectly engineered gameplay.
- Music is good but lacks the feeling of suspense and action that the storyline and gameplay gives. It does feel dream-like, though.
- The gameplay becomes a bit repetitive but is counterbalanced with upgrades and the medals-ending system.
I liked it much!! Although I was about to give up wondering at which distance I'd finally see the ending!! ;P

I'm glad you liked the gameplay! I really should do a postmortem video at some point, explaining some of the techniques I used (like a dead zone where skulls don't spawn, in the top half of the girl's hitbox while on ground).
