Pretty good game, seeing as it's developed by a single person . What would subtly improve the game but make it much smoother should be the addition of hotkeys. It's pretty annoying to have to actually click the chat window to type, or click on the little boxes in the corner to open your inventory. While I'm nitpicking some more, it's really hard to know where you're trying to go, because there's no map whatsoever. You have to fully explore every orifice of the map to get where you're going, unless you're lucky. It took me almost 20 minutes of running around to finish that first quest about finding the guy in black, who I didn't even have to fight, and then I had to find his cult of whatevers.. The general gameplay is good but quest wise it's kind of unintuitive, as well as lack of customization(changing key bindings, more options for hair/face, etc.) Hope this gets better, 'cause I'll be there to see it.
