Not very fun
Cool, creepy game. I love the atmosphere. The environmental effects (a shadow passing behind you, blood running down the walls, etc.) as you run out of lives is also neat. But after two attempts, I just couldn't bring myself to play through it all again just to make it to where I was when I died. I appreciate that you're trying to keep the retro vibe, but some sort of checkpoint system would have been appreciated for us not-so-retro folks.
Still, 5 stars.
