Wow! Took me awhile to form my thoughts on this episode. It's a doozy.
You really threw a curveball in there with Archy. I was really surprised to see him appear so early. But it does make loads of sense.
A lot of my theories were confirmed with this episode too. The reveal of D-buggers.org at the end (though it was pretty obvious if you knew the signs), and the thing with flamegirl, and Alpha's forbidden power. And a certain stalker's appearance. (don't want to spoil too much)
The other thing I was worried about was whether or not you were going to address Kirb's problems or not. And you did, but again not in the way I expected at all. I expected it to be more preachy or for it to be themed around his rivalry over Alpha's attention. But you were very subtle with the direction you took it in, and he doesn't seem to be completely accepting of it yet. I really like that direction you took with him.
Flamegirl has some more character to her now too. For one we know she can definitely put up a fight. Although her backstory doesn't seem as emphasized as Nylocke's was last episode I can see that she plays the games for similar reasons. To get away from the drama in every day life.
And now you're jumping straight into the tournament next episode. You have me anticipating something great.! Can't wait for the rest of tournament arc!
