Wow, that's pretty incredible. The truth is even if you look at just the sperm bit, the chances are something like 1 in 10,000,000,000. Amazingly true how unlikely it is that all the people on Earth right now, are actually alive on earth. The odds of going to class with that group of people, of buying your munchies or beer from that nice person behind the counter, or that you don't get hit by a vehicle today in the case of city slickers are so astronomical and yet most people don't even think about it. Including myself until I seen this video. We're all outstandingly lucky JUST to be alive, but precious few are thankful for it.

I think I'm getting too deep into this, but this is a deep and informative flash. Anyways, easy 5/5, well done.

I completely disagree with the point you were making in this, however the animation was superb

I think a lot of people are missing the point, and it's because a lot of the numbers are too high to comprehend. Even if the numbers are wrong, the fact is we should appreciate our own lives.

Those thinking that the odds should be greater, start writing down the number with a pen and a "few" pieces of paper. I'll talk to you when you're done.

That being said I wanted to ask if you considered all of the pairings that had to occur before humanity was even a species, like my ancestors of the mice like creatures during the time of the dinosaurs. Just curious.
