Reviews for "Evolvo"

once i had mitsubishi trium phone with EXACTLY the same game in it. it was back in 2003 or '04 . imo this is just a copy , nothing too new or interesting.

its a fun game, but the controls get stuck somtimes

poxpower responds:

I will work on this issue for the "Plus" version. It's related to lag I think. Doesn't happen for everyone or in every browser apparently.

I am not certain how you would get a score of 5 million or more. I got 1.8 million on "Insane" and I did pretty good, I ate 75 different fish.. I aimed to eat the fish that were close to my size.

The controls were good, opposed to what the guy a few reviews back stated. You could tell that they benefited from the "agility" stat. In your FAQ you mention that speed is useless, it is not. When using the "invisibility" ability speed is important for passing through your opponent fast.

The only thing i really disliked was when the "Eat" tag appeared over a fish larger than you. The smaller fish hides behind the larger fish, but its "Eat" tag still shows.

PLEASE ANSWER THIS:
Lastly, how do you calculate the score? It has to be more than what it says in the FAQ. Does fish type matter?
Since you're already using the "% of own size" term in the FAQ. How is the score of the fish you eat compared to your size calculated?
Is there a time limit of any sort what so ever?
How is your score multiplied by the number of fish you eat?
Do different types of fish give different scores?

All in all I like the game, but too many things are uncertain regarding scores.

poxpower responds:

Hm ok I updated the scoring system.
You get more points the bigger the fish you eat.

good game. love it. tho annoying how i cant get all the fish. i cant get the last fish (well cant find it to eat)

meh kinda boring
