I really don't know how to play this game.. any ideas?

in order to glide without pressing any buttons you have to go down to 90% then tap up and wait until you get to 93% then angle yourself to about straight forward. *note glide is to fall at a decelerated rate not to stay at the same altitude.
You can't even Land without Crashing after the practice!
game doesn't even work. I can start the engine, turn the plane around on the ground (which took a full 2 minutes!!) but then it moves SOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOW! Too glitchy and laggy to even play.
Hey! Great Idea, OK Graphics, Gameplay...awfull! I've tried landing about 20 different ways and unless you are going the exact speed, angle, and height, you crash and burn. I understand the harder the game, the grander the reward, but there needs to be some balance.
