The third medal is well named.
I ran into a bug in level 2 where even though I'd eaten all the needed bugs it wouldn't let me progress to the next level, it didn't tell me the exit was blocked, and I was able to walk on top of the level. I died, retried the level, and it worked. On a subsequent playthrough I was able to reproduce the bug by trying to exit early, eating the needed bugs, and trying to exit again. I also tried this on the other levels and it only happens on level 2.
On the last level I had to take breaks because the background tree movement was making me ill.
Other than those issues it's a wonderful little game. I don't think you should have medals for every level and 2 for the last one, but medals are a bit out of hand anyway.
