Very impressive. I like how you put Gardevoir's darker half into this story (due to that trail of darkness) and threw in that sad story with your (Teejay's) previous Pokemon. I can't wait to see what next you have in mind so keep up the good work. *Thumbs up.*

Fun battles, good story.. end of the episode could have used a better cliff-hanger in my opinion.
Encountered a bug during the gym battle.
Houndoom was fighting Umbreon - Houndoom was confused with only 3 hp left. Had Houndoom use Dig and successfully went underground, but failed the attack and was hurt instead; causing Houndoom to faint.
When that occurred, Houndoom surfaced, the screen darkened, life bars vanished, but the menu did not appear and Houndoom remained on the field (Frozen). The music still continued and Umbreon was still moving/breathing. Could not do anything however and ended up reloading the browser.
Managed recreate the scenario only to have the same problem occur (only change was the screen did not go dark this time.)
Other than the bug, I did enjoy the battle system, but it seemed too easy compared to your previous episodes. It'd be nice to have a bit more variety in the battles, because the gym leaders pokemon (and Dark Gardevoir) used 1 attack continuously.
Looking forward to episode 9.

Thanks for finding that bug. It should be fixed now. As far as the enemy attacks. They do have multiple moves. The AI is programmed so the move they use is randomly selected. However, there is a higher chance of certain moves being used. For example, if Tirtouga is fighting Gothitelle, it's more likely she will use Energy Ball because it's super-effective then double slap, which is ineffective. I should also point out that Umbreon will always use Confuse Ray if your pokemon is not confused.

It means stay away from dark pokemon. And I guess the sound effect you're talking about is when she turns around and smacks Teejay with the box she's holding.
Cool story dude its flippin' awesome but i really got confused...where is the episode "road to the indigo plateau"... I just couldnt find it.
I got shocked, when the heck did machop evolve?

Episode 7 with the ice IS Road to the Indigo Plateau. It may not sound fitting, but that's because when I named it, my gym leader contest was still in swing and I didn't actually know what the episode would be about. But I did know they would have the conversation about beating the elite four.
I guess he saw her in the void, because it's been almost 5 years with neither hide nor hair seen, lol.
I missed this series. Forgot about it for almost 4 whole years until I saw a pokemon game on the shelf at work. At this point I suppose it's foolish to hope it ever goes any further than this (like with Bitey of Brackenwood) but I'mma still stay hopeful.
