Reviews for "Wasted Colony"

i dislike the fact that even with 0 of danger u can fail the mission all survivors killed and when the survivors die from hunger in you OWN safehouse u cant get their stuff

Bad: Unrealistic. Every time i try to recruit a survivor it says i failed but i have 2 floors. Food goes by way too quickly. Game is very slow and the Raid comes way too often.

Good: The bit graphics made me smile. So did the weapons and armor. Svanging and Scouting missions are a breeze. I like how you can have 3 sepreate profiles.

I have to say this game is slow but kick ass as well.

I give you 2.5 star rating and 3 submission rating, the reason is that the game is too erratic, even at the begining you can get 100% danger... and you cannot defend yourself... whatever you do... then you lose some people and you can't afford not to have all the people on guard duty and even then you have like 50-60% chance of another attack ( removing even 1 person gives 100% ) -.-
At this stage I would rate the game as Unplayable because of all the visual/resource/difficulty bugs
fix that and this game is an absolute winner!!

This really has potential to be a very good game. However, it really needs some more work done to it. I get the over all feeling that it is an unfinished game. The main problem is consistency. The danger levels are completely random, and can be VERY deceiving. I sent out survivors to 7 different locations, every mission said 0% danger level. Then, 3 of the missions failed and the people were killed. On top of that, 2 of the missions came under attack and needed rescue. Call me crazy, but 0% danger means that there is NO danger... Also, zombie attacks are completely random and require that you constantly check your safe house danger level to know if there is going to be an attack. There is a "Horde" warning for the "big" waves, but the "normal" waves are only detectable if you are constantly checking your danger level. Also, when your safe house is attacked the danger levels are completely random. There is no logical difficulty increase what so ever. I've had a play through where two inexperienced guards were able to take on a horde with no problems at day 10. Then, on the next play through, I had 7 people guarding against a zombie horde and that included my main fighter character with a light saber and soldier hat. All of the people had weapons and the danger level was still 32%. This attack happened at day 3..... I lost the battle and the only person who was killed was my main character which was the fighter class! I don't see why the BEST fighter would be the only one to die... Also, in that attack, they weren't able to kill a single zombie before being overwhelmed. This game REALLY seems like it could be amazing, but it is just waaay to inconsistent and buggy to receive a good rating at this time.
