I love the 2D Zelda games and this game feels alot like them. The controls however were bugged, i got to the lava temple thing and here it got frustratingly bad with the controls.The movement needed good precision in some of the rooms but sometimes when you walked in a direction the character kept walking in this direction after i let go of the arrow which made the game unplayable at this point.
I have never had this problem in another flash game so i assume it is a bug in your game.
Otherwise loved game and if this issue was fixed it would earn 5 stars.

I'm not even done with the game but it's got me hooked entirely still. Only one problem I have is with the controls being hell a sticky quite often. I would move in whatever direction I moved for days, it's really making the lava area annoyingly difficult. Other than that, great game overall.

Try "dimming the lights" so that the external ads turn off. It might speed up the page and fix the stickiness. If that doesn't work, try just downloading it from here and playing: http://uploads.ungrounded.net/598000/598977_Seedling.swf
Game does not auto-save. :( P.S. You can go to the Ice temple early. Go to where the area of the 1st forest is and head up so you see the rock statue is. Head right. A tree blocks your path. Angle your self you you can pass the water and get back on land. You will only touch the water a little. Head up the ice trail. Great game though. I made it to the 3rd dungeon and I quit. I came back to play it but them my data got erased.

Did you go all the way up into the ice dungeon? That's one of the secret medals :) As for auto-saving, it's probably your browser or cookie settings. It works for some people and doesn't for others, and it varies by website sometimes.
Very Zelda, much music, swords, wow.
Love the game in general, but i had some hard time navigating. A map would be helpful.
