Reviews for "Gobots"

Good game, but there were too many things wrong to make it great. The lack of a fast-forward button ( or even just faster gameplay) made the game a little boring. The tutorial screen also says that every day survived gives one exp point to allocate to a skill, but I only got 40 or so points to save up for skills. I was also confused about a floating blue cog above my robot's head. Great premise and a foundation for a great sequel.

Very nice idea! Very addicting game, but buggy as hell indeed!
Resources disapeir before the robot starts to build it so, if you decide to build something, make sure you won`t cancel it before it`s done.
With all these kind of bugs, the game becomes extremely unforgiving! Very hard to play and frustrating.
Fix these bugs and you get yourself a great little game!

I smell potentially, it's like an awesome single player, non-sandbox Terreria. However, there are many things you could improve on, such as clearly instructions, more features, and most importantly, a pause button. It's also annoying how slow my character is, and how I have to pay to make him faster. Also, there are many glitches and bugs, like sometimes, when I give an instruction, it doesn't respond, or when it's my Gobot is in the middle of an action, I give another instruction for it to do when it's done, but it just skips and does it right away. I like how you could give multiple commands at once, and how there's an indicator, but you should mark the order of the actions, or do the action that's closest the character even thought it's at the end of the command bar. Also, the thing I hate most about this game is that there's no save, I beat the high score already, but I had to go -_-

After restarting the game a third time and getting slaughtered yet again because my bot ran out of juice, because the charging station refused to work no matter how many times I clicked on it, I've given up. Looked like it could be a good game, but bugs are too frustrating.

Cool concept, but very poorly implemented...
-No pause button.
-No mute button or volume control.
-Planting trees queuing bug.
-The upgrade system is poor. No resetting, slow progress or ineffective upgrades.
-The music sounds almost like it was ripped straight from Fable.
-Limited options in terms of strategy.
-Resources are ambiguously explained.

How this game was put on the front page is beyond me.
