Reviews for "13 Days After"

It wasn't bad. It got a little boring at times, but the new weapons and powerups keep the entertainment coming. Pretty solid game all the way through. I'd recommend it to anyone who is into zombie games or shooters.

Why are people about complaining about the red dot?

This is a FEATURE. A feature that competitive FPS players would literally kill to have. Most first-person shooters have random shot placement like this, it's simply randomized. Instead of randomly placing the shot +/- 25-50 pixels (or whatever; just throwing out random numbers) from the crosshairs on both dimensions, this game is actually showing you where the shot will land whenever you pull the trigger. It shifts, yes, but you know what its bounds are, and you know it moves in a predictable pattern.

So stop complaining!

This game reminded me so much about Resident Evil 4 and the new style of shooter that of which was Deadly Premonition. Mostly Deadly Premonition with the whole graphics and such at first I didn't want to play it just like DP when I first got it, but hell it's awesome. More people should really experiment with this sort of mechanics used in this game to improve and make an even grater game. I still love it because I felt nostalgia back when I played RE4 and DP it's nice to play something simple on the PC. Thanks, for giving me the nostalgia I felt when I play Survival horror games 5/5. - Ta-kun

not perfect, but i like it. the red dot crates a semi-realism/semi wtf am i doing-ness

i understood the dot because ive played every game in the series, you didnt explain it well (for the new players, the red dot is where your bullet will hit, the reticule is where the red dot can travel) while being more realistic without it, i miss the infinite ammo handgun of the previous two. plot was a little weak, but it was good enough. i quite like the gameplay, obviously or i wouldnt have played them all, anyways,

my real criticisms, include the poor gun sound effects, and the lack of realisticness on them. being a gun nut, it bothers me to see little/no recoil on the guns like the 454 casul and 44mag.

i would say, 4/5

This game is super FRESH, recommend this to long time gamers of survival horror great game, with a cool first person twist, and the spinning crosshair, is a SWEET feature i love that it accounts for "sway" rather than an annoying crosshair that moves all over the place without you moving it, excellent, PROPS to design team, i hate "sway" that have a "jumpy" crosshair and more games should have a "sway" that is in the same fashion as this game.
