The Big Metal Men actually get really easy to kill in arena mode with high enough melee or unarmed. DO NOT shoot them. I unloaded my entire M-249 on one with maximum rifle, nothing. I punched him three times with maximum unarmed and his masked popped off then get your gun and blow their faces off in less than a minute.
