Perhaps it has something to do with cookies/your browser/version of Flash player. Try playing other games and see if everything on this site is refusing to work.

Since this game is so short, I wanted each level to be fairly difficult. Perhaps you could try sitting still for a few seconds and observing a level before diving right into it? There are places where you can be safe from the barrels!
