I like it, despite the fact that the footsteps sound like someone fapping :)
Nice, smooth animation. the plot was easy to follow.

It's was pretty good but the voice's sounded non blended :\ And why is a hidden leaf ninja trying to kill a hidden mist ninja without any reason...?

There's a different reference in there. I know it
It wasn't bad.
The leaf village character's voice gave me a "Built in laptop mic" feeling, grainy.
The girl ninja was really nicely animate, especially compared to the other characters (Who I'd like to point out have the only "Ninja Sounding Names") but I understand the difficulties of having nice looking charcters with alot of animation.
So overall, not bad. Its got issues you can fix easly.
