Loved the animation, and almost everything about it!
Its just that the rain that you have in it, could be a tiny bit improved, with it covering the whole screen, and leaving a large section of the corner out of the rain shot.
Every thing else is simply amazing! :D

This may easily be the BEST submission I've seen from this site in a LONG time! Quite refreshing! :)
The only criticism I have is that just a few parts could've been animated alittle better.
BUT regardless....
Overall: A very well-deserved 10! Keep it up!
The story was very well told, with a creative way, singing with jazz, wonderful. let's exaggerate: It has the most amazing music and classic since 1990, that's what I think. Exaggerate yurself.
I love the atmosphere and effects, but somehow fbf animation wasn't good enough, sometimes it added more noir feeling, but sometimes it looked just awkward, but overall great job!
