Reviews for "TOME Episode 02"

Epic character development go!

I like this new way to introduce *rob and the mansion area. Then again, I couldn't really get through the mansion the first time with out taking about 20+ minutes... Also, to roderickii, why not check out the original of this series, TTA (don't ask me what it means, I don't know)? Also, also, nice way to reveal the Webmaster and confirm for the entire audience that he is indeed an administrator. Plus we got the nice bonus of some character development for GC before his brother shows up. I personally find it funny that Nylocke is calling Kirbopher a squire through out the entire thing, and yet I am willing to bet that Kirbopher has poured more time in to his character than Nylocke, who at this point has a list of titles stretching for miles, if you include his first appearance in TTA. If you have read through this entire thing, then hello, is the future really that boring for you?

Battle Style...

The way they battle in this reminds me of the battle system from "Megaman: Battle Network". Pretty cool 5/5 10/10

OH WOW!

EPIC

It's that time again

That rare occasion when I am so satisfied that I simply must log in to leave a review. I'm still too happy that you're restarting this series to give much criticisms, but I'll give as many comments as I can.

I really loved the pacing. I feel that's one of the most important aspects of any animation. While this area can always use improvement, you did a pretty stand up job. I was never bored and the entire thing had a pretty nice flow.

The voice acting once again is top notch, as one would expect from your animations. Not much else to say here.

The animation itself was actually improved somewhat from the first episode. I was pleasantly surprised how fast you were able to pump this thing out at the length it is.

The story is following in similar footsteps to the original TTA, which isn't a bad thing. It's very easy to follow but interesting enough to keep my attention.

Only main complaint so far is that a few of the jokes were lost on me, I simply didn't find a few funny. I think they are funny enough to appeal to a wide audience though, just not necessarily my style. Nylocke is still great though, and Kirbopher (the character) has his moments. Also the fighting could stand to be a little faster paced, though I have to say I enjoyed the action scenes in this episode much more than last episode, so you did improve.

Happy animating, I can't wait to see more!

Awesome stuff. I admittedly never got too far into your TTA series, so this is a great way for people new to the story to see it for the first time, better than ever. Keep up the awesome, Kirbopher and company.
