Fun, but glitchy
Awesome game, even etter than the first one. BUT some glitches kept if from being as good as it might have. First, the bouncing off the islands kept sending my piranha out of control. Second, the speed boost (tail) kept pinning me up against the bottom or blasting me out of the water. Third, if I jump out of the water, I start almost hovering, or bouncing off of islands, or flying across the entire screen. Fourth, my "spawn" tended to bounce out of the water and disappear. I like the music, the huge amout of upgrades, and the way the piranha gains weight as it eats more. Fix the control issues, and you've got 10 stars from me
I applied the fast cheat
After that the game got really buggy. Sometimes the piranha wouldn't register the position of my cursor and just get stuck and my small fleet of two keep disappearing and reappearing. In addition sometimes level 3 can be buggy all on its own. the objective is to kill 3 people but sometimes no people will spawn into the level: no boat, no divers period.
The idea seems fun but there are a few kinks to investigate and fix.
I would also suggest there be a way to turn off a cheat in case a player doesn't like it after all.

Just a little bug...
I think you intented to have a maximum of 15 baby-piranhas. Although I like having a fleet of 35 piranhas, its a bit too much :). When I already have 15 piranhas, i can buy as many new ones as i want, but if i have 14, i can only buy 1 new one. Should be easy to fix.
