This game is unique in its sense of humor.
The voice acting reminds me of Will Ferrell's character Mugatu in the movie Zoolander.
It's really funny.
I love the concept of 'keep moving or you'll die'.

Conceptually great, in practice, needs something
Loved the concept, the style, the voice acting, the writing, and the level design.
However, there were a TON of glitches, and as a few people have said, the code wasn't especially optimized. Get those things fixed, and keep adding new things
The run until you die aspect is fun, but the game is just the right length for that mechanic, much longer and I would have stopped out of boredom. I could see the game being extended indefinitely, where each cure delivers a new side effect that you have to utilize until THAT gets cured and delivers a new side effect and so on.
Also, I'm a big fan of extra content, and I think I found everything, even though that's when most of the glitches happened. This included random dying to nothing, 2 music tracks playing at once, being unable to move left or right, etc.
Summary: a little extra work, this game could easily be up there with the best.

The game's concept is great! The voice acting really adds to the game's value and adds a unique humor and motivation to continue.
Here's what doesn't motivate anyone: the game's mechanics.
The game takes up TOO much processing power for a simple flash game and to really add insult to injury, this sometimes makes timing jumps impossible, which is a key deal to have working in any platformer. This, combined with a unique timer based on movement, can really make the game not worth playing. As soon as you reach #10, the value drops big time due to the timing issue on jumping.
Would I redo this review after the programming is optimized to help make the game playable? Of course! Would I love to see this as an Xbox Live Arcade game with the optimized programming? You bet!

2) Remake for XBox Live (it'll survive easily)

4) Realize you haven't been moving yourself and should start running.
