So slow, so repetitive..

I reached level 11 (on another website, with cheats on.. yeah, it was so slow and boring i just wanted to see if the endgme gear was worth it or not)
.. and still the same 2 enemies, same decor, same behaviors, same everything.

And still no fun in sight.

Progress is painfully slow, gameplay reward weak weaponry (to get more headshots and make combo last).
Everything is expensive as hell, upgrades are costly and do very tiny boosts, almost useless really.

Semi-auto weapon, after a while, they hurt my hand. Too much clicking required, make all weapon autofire when LMB is held down, or maybe make it an upgrade.

There should be a reward for not getting damaged in a run.

Art, anim are sweet. Speed effect are nice, i like how the car bounce a bit when it jump. Gameplay works well.
Its just too long, too repettive and not much fun to play.

One problem, and it's a huge one.

Everything costs so much that I got bored and quit. If things were priced a little better, it would have improved the pacing and I would have easily stayed interested until the end. Everything else was fantastic.

Has so much potential

The graphics in this game really take me back. They have perfectly nailed an SNES-like environment. Having the two layers of buildings in the background scroll by at different rates adds a great depth the the visuals.

I really enjoy the boss battles. It reminds me of older games when winning a boss battle was all about figuring out the strategy to take them down rather than running in with beef-cake states and indiscriminately laying waste to the boss.

The problems I have with game play are mainly in aiming. It seems like a lot of shots miss when the cursor is right on the enemy. It also seems like it takes too many shots to take down an enemy when compared to the amount of ammo you have in your clip. I feel the game would be greatly improved by a little re-working of the weapons so that they are a bit more accurate and either have more ammo or are a little more powerful. I also feel like the weapons cost too much when compared to the amount of money you make. I played for quite a while when I first came across this game and lost interest about halfway through with the pump-action shotgun.

I think with a little re-working this game could be the digital equivalent of crack rocks.

The weapons need more balancing. Case in point: UZI is a waste of money - it's anemic compared to the UZIs the bad guys are using. To add insult to injury, it's little more than half as powerful as the plain handgun you get at the beginning (despite the fact that it would use the same ammo in real life) even at the highest upgrade.

Please think of more meaningful weapon upgrades - what do I need a huge capacity magazine for, if the UZI is little more than a pellet gun spraying all over the place doing a whole lot of nothing to no enemy in particular?! I get it, in games the UZI is usually spray and pray, but in this game it falls short even as a mere backup to the bolt action - even with hordes of bad guys, picking them off one by one with the bolt action was way more efficient than hosing them down with this submachine BB gun. The only use I could get out of it was to pop molotov cocktails mid air and then quickly switch back to the rifle.

Having invested in the wrong weapon, the game became a grind fest which is never fun. Looking back, I should've saved up for the assault rifle right away, but then again, with a bit more balancing this shouldn't have been an issue.

Nice action shooter

You really do have a nice action shooter here and I really like the depth of it all as you bring good attention to detail and the whole concept here is pretty good, More gun element and options would be a plus here, but besides all that this was actually a pretty fun game.
