Good but not great
This game has lots of potential to be great. The dungeon crawling system is well done and the battles are simple and straight-foward which is nice. However, the story is just too played out. I feel that you could have introduced a lot more humor and been more creative and imaginative with the characters and the background of the game. Also the weapon system and skill set systems are way too simple, you really could have made them a bit more intricate. For instance, don't give the equips levels but simply have them evolve into new and more powerful versions as you upgrade them. With the skill trees I feel like a little summary of what each skill actually does might be helpful considering I had no idea if "attack up" was a passive skill or a buff. It's nice you give us an ap reset option but sucks that we have to pay for it. The one thing I will commend you on is the fact that you incorporated the mouse for movement rather than using the arrow keys or wasd; this made it feel similar to the DS touchpen and gave it a feeling of professionalism. Also, it is rather annoying to have to fight every monster in the screen when you only bump into one of them, kinda defeats the purpose of having multiple enemies roaming the screen don't you think?
