lesson in frustration this is a single hit will throw you backwards and will lose you a berry that you can't get back also character skids waay more than natural and the acorn hurlers those are the most annoying feature three times I've drowned because of them

What was the mentality when making this? "Let's make a game with practically no currency, which gets lost frequently because there's no way to attack aside from pretending to be Mario"? For God's sake, she's a ranger. At least give her a dagger or something. Or maybe a berry pouch that isn't made of fucking net.

May i ask what you used to make the sounds for when you talk to people? it sounds alot like Kingsley's Adventure.
Wow, sorry about the huge delay...
Each voice is basically a sample of an instrument (for example, for the elves it's english horn) played on a series of notes, with a pitch slide of varying intensity applied to each note. I got the base sounds from a soundfont and made the final sound fx in renoise.
I dont understand people's problems are..
the game is awesome, yeah, there are some problems, but all in all, the controls are great, the look is great, and the music is great. The next one will be awesome, im sure
Annoying, but understandable.
I thoroughly enjoyed this game (however lost all sanity in doing so) regardless of how annoying and repetitive it may get.
I can see why berries cannot be retrieved once lost - there are only 20 thus making collecting them an expert-level quest.
Also, I enjoyed only finding 2 items for the shopkeeper (1 of 4 Chocoforces and 1 of 3 Slippers), regardless that there were more.
A walkthrough would help though.
