Excellent! Yet... Frustrating.
It would be nice to have more control over the employees. For example, I don't ever want my guards to switch floors, so I buy guards for each, and tell them to stay there. But if a thief is seen on another floor, the entire place freaks out and goes to help. I should be able to tell them to ignore it and let others take care of it, or at least stand by the elevator and wait for the thief. Another example would be the technicians. They aren't needed frequently, especially after you upgrade your shops. I don't want to buy a new one for each floor. I want one to work on TWO floors. I would also like to be able to pause the game and see a list of my employees that tells me what level they are, what floor they work on, and how many problems that employee has solved (like thieves caught, trash picked up, etc.)
I also think that it would make the game more interesting if there was a higher level cap for employees, a quantity cap, and more types of employees. All of these things would make it seem more like a real mall. So maybe employees would have to be trained for a day or two, or have a training center. There should be staff areas, like closets for the janitors, and a security headquarters. An office for the head honcho. Things like that.
I don't really see many problems with this game, just areas where it could be even better. English is one of those. Some people, like me, are often turned off by games with bad English. This game isn't too bad, but it would make it seem more polished if it all made sense.
So, in short, English, staff control, staff buildings, more celebrities, MOAR SEQUEL!
