Hmmmm
NIce, but a few things I don't get:
-THe people don't seem to go towards the shops the theoritically are looking for. I see people walk right up the correct store and turn away immeditely, do the same thing ten times and then get angry and walk away. And this wasn't because it was full, it was empty...
- Often EVRYBODY turning up at the beginning of a level will want one particular store that you don't have yet. This means that noone goes into any stores and you don't make any money at all...
- This has been mentioned before - all the police officers converge on the first thief, ratehr than just the nearest. This means that if two or three appear together, it doesn't matter how many officers you have, you won't catch them all...
- Some shops seem to just have nocustomers at allin some levels. Given that this isn't a game with much replay value, there isn't much point in having a trial and error system like that.
That being said, it isn't a bad game, kept me playing for quite a while :)

nice game. I was sad when i finished it.
I didn't have a big problem with the security gards but i all gave them a floor. Maybe that solves the problem a bit.
just a little point for improvement it was quite hard to click at a person. even a slow mote especially when it was busy. You had to be lucky to point at the right thing. If you could click at things when the time is on pause, just to look at things that would be a improvement.
