Nostalgia.
I felt cheated in the Portal level. Where were the combustible lemons? Cave Johnson promised combustible lemons to burn Life's house down and he didn't deliver. I'm still waiting for my combustible lemons, dammit! It's not like making Half Life 3! Just take a lemon and shove a white phosphorus grenade up it's butt and chuck it at somebody's house. There, fresh lemon scented house burning! How hard is that? Or set an Edsel ablaze. But did anybody think of that? Nooooooo!!! Well, in the end the world did burn and everybody died and the planet exploding erased any possibility of life arising again, so Life's house got burned down at least. Guess I'll have to be happy with that.
