If you upgrade the Heart Rate, do the following FIRST:
-Plug in some headphones. Non-working ones are perfect.
-Upgrade the Heart Rate.
-YOU MUST DO THIS REALLY QUICKLY: Run. A scary screaming edited face will haunt you.
-Stay in a far place for 10 seconds.
-Go back to play.
-???
-Profit!
