I didn't laugh. So I presume it wasn't meant to be funny. I wasn't amazed, therefore I am guessing you weren't going for a quality animation. The audio was awful. Try and avoid eating the microphone (that's what I thought I heard).
However, it was original. So that's the silver lining on this particular cloud.

i can't say it was good because it wasn't. Its just boring and i have no idea why people like it.
The accident gobbling his own drooping eyeball was the only funny part or enjoyabld part and i didn't find the actual animation style all to great.
not what I expected
I thought it would be something funny about a guy in incredible pain trying to get the hair out of his eye but failing...or atleast something the least bit funny

badly drawn, not funny, and a really annoying voice... they only good part was the scraping sound the hair made, but beside that idk just now good.

O.O uhm... I don't know what to say. at first I thought the breathing was him smoking a bong. The animation was OKAY, but you need a better voice actor...and maybe a few friends to help you come up with better ideas.....
