This is not bad
However, first and foremost, you beat around the bush too much.
The intro took way too long, to the point where I almost lost interest. Plus after you had finally caught my attention with that chase scene, you had that useless pause that cut it short. It seemed like you used it as a bad transition for a hallucination. I think a better transition would have been the main character being tackled, then having it cut to the character with a shocked look on his face, captioning it with "I've got to stop imagining things."
Some of the animation was a bit dull as well. When he turns it's clear that there isn't any animation. It should be noted that when he makes eye contact with the red eyed girl, her clothing is rippling about as if there is wind, while his is not. If you were aiming for some sort of majestic sinister look in that, a better approach would have been having it gently floating instead of flapping.

that's quality stuff.but honestly i was waiting for something even better when i got half way through.so just keep it up :)
