ok...
you scared me when the scences jump to place but that was messed up. The chick smiled at him and jump and where was this and where was I?

...if only things still scared me (yay desensitization from movies!).
Anyway, on to the flash itself.
Audio: The best part about it was the audio. The sounds effects were great and the music set the mood perfectly. It made me expect something creepy to pop out the entire time.
Images: The backgrounds were great in this. The perspectives were good, and the surroundings were spot on for realism. As for the characters, it's in a distinctive style, but a little more work could be put into them. Possibly polish them to make them look better, but it's up to you, after all this is animation not just digital artwork.
Also, the constant shots of it saying "Kopi Subway Edition" were unnecessary and made it slightly harder to follow what was happening at the time. Also the one that popped up for "Benkyou Edition" made it seem like it was about to go to a new story (is that the next one? If so I may know what it is).
Overall, this was really good and I enjoyed it. There are only a few things I can nitpick at, but they're minor. I do look forward to seeing more.

I didn't find it scary. I thought the subway chase could have led to a more scary scene and story instead of this.
