Well, that was, different. I feel like there wasn't a lot of thought put into it, but I believe you said it was a test, so I guess not a lot was needed.
I feel like a lot of animators are striving for a "Disgusting and Revolting" kind of drawing style. Like the wound, or Sonic at the end.
The voice acting was pretty good.
And it may just be me, but it looked like most of Sonics poses at the end were just his other poses from games, and shows just re-drawn... With a spike through him.

I was a ren an stimpy fan and this feels cheap to me.
I'm sorry this was just stupid.
The animation was sketchy, the voice acting wasn't that great, and most of all the plot of it was just stupid. He ran into a giant spike while getting ready to say he was on crack... Funny? Oh well, try again.

Pretty shabby sound, animation and oh picking on tails? Originality failing.
There are so many sonic parody's out there and this is one of the worst ive seen. Sorry but if you are going to make a cartoon about something as overly done as a sonic cartoon you really have to strive for a better concept to go with.
