Animation had weird scaling too much, that kind of ruined it.
And seeing familiar sonic pictures recycled.

It seems like almost no one read the author comment up above. Such idiots on this site. Anyways, I give the overall rating a 6 for its attempt at a good sonic flash video. After all, there's so many on Newgrounds now its losing its appeal.
Just fix the Sync

As far as the sync for voice to video, I don't know anything about making animations. It seems there's a lot of advice in the reviews though on what to try fixing it with.
Not expanding the video isn't the solution. I scrolled my screen down while the video was going to cast my Vote and scrolled back up. The video was at least 1minute behind the audio from that. So.. somehow what, scrolling the screen sets it off sync? Yeah, I don't know either. But with thousands of animations on newgrounds, there has to be somebody you can ask who'll pin how to fix it.
So please, fix it.

painfull to watch
as much as i love sonic jokes n' such, that was kinda awful, i dont know if it was the maggots and the puke and the moment of regret sonic had, because id be a little mor concerned with the spike, but this wasnt all that great...just puttin that out there.

It was alright. Severely lacking in a good script, and while I know you were purposely going for an annoying voice for Tails, that doesn't make an interesting movie.
The art/animation style seemed to change fairly often for some reason, but that's forgivable.
Decent animation work, but please try to write/voice your next work better.
