The story deserve it
But animation wasent too good i must admit but the story was damn good and if you train a little more i animation you could be one of the best on newgrounds

Well... The sounds was a bit bad... The story was hard to understand... Was it like the brother that killed him, and then he returned for him? And if theres a reward for getting him to the policem, why do he kill them?

i dont normally respond to things questioning the story because i want the viewer to figure it out, but what would a ghost want with money? he used the wanted poster to ask people around where his brother is.

I liked it! It was very interesting and it pulled me in towards the end. I didn't understand the ending very well, but all in all keep it up! You made it to the front page and you deserve it! :D

Obviously the animation was a bit iffy, as was the artwork. But the sound, the story and the general presentation were all very nice.

Very nice
The art could use some work, but you really make up for it by all the different angles and music alone. Its also pretty neat how you didn't use any voices for the characters. We don't hear them speak, but we get an impact from them.
I also liked how your character development is.
You have my personal thumbs up. Keep it up.
