9/10 because...
Personally the only valentines day things, was the colour scheme and the bit at the end when they're holding hands and eating ice cream. This should have been called something like
A) Trip to "Happy" Land
B) Kids In Happy Land
C) Ice cream is forever

E) Freeing Happy Land
F) BarfQuestion's Kid VS Thing
G) Kids VS DAT TING!

-6 story because of wtf-ness, too much happy, nothing really in-depth

I give it a six for the trippiness, it loses a point for the background not really settling and since it is something to do with that wretch holiday, since I am all about the hatred and destruction of humankind. It loses 4 points because its for valentines day. If it had nothing to do with valentines day it would've gotten a 9.
