Overall, everything is great.
From the theme listed in your description, I definitely heard the "big dreams" part, but I didn't really feel the part about not having the will to achieve them. I got the sense that the dreams were far away, and that I was yearning for them, but I felt more like I was embarking on a journey towards them rather than being forever distant.
Still, though, I commend you for your great work. I would advise you, though, to lower the volume a bit on the "reverse crash" and find a different "crash" to use. The "reverse crash" seems to drown the mix slightly, and the "crash" itself really messes with the leads that you have, and really messes with the mix in the ending. It's nothing too serious, as everything is still audible, but it should be considered since the beauty of chiptune is in the crisp sound. The noise from the crashes removes some of that crispness.
