Reviews for "Friendship."

Disappointed.

Bad art.
Bad sfx.
Good start, but the ending was.... no, just no.

It had potential though. The idea was nice, and the music was awesome.

It may be understandable since you only had 48 hours to make it.

We feel we did well in the given timeframe. Thank you for your review.

You almost had it...

It was okay but... I'm really confused, about many things, not just the ending.
For one, what about the other guy he was with at first? Did he just die in his sleep from hypothermia because they were too mentally disabled to realize sleeping out in the rain was a REALLY BAD IDEA? Especially with a tent so close... seriously. It took a bird to teach him shelter was a good thing.
Question... was that duct tape he used? It looked and sounded like duct tape. Did he just duct tape a bird's wing and then leave it on there for month's to come? No wonder it became to screwed up. How did he even get all the wood with a bound wing.
The ending was... what was that? He looks at the bird and at first I thought he was going to like eat it but then he's dead D: Seriously what's happening there? Demon bird??

urmrrmr

it was good for just 48 hours but didn't make a lot sense to me at least, but i did get that because the bird killed the dumb hippie kid he went and got a tattoo of an tear drops so no other birds would fuck with him, nice.

Needs improvement...

Well, I guess the story is basically good, you've got the plot and the graphics are good as well. But it makes you wonder, you know? Like how the boy lived alone with the crow for years? And wouldn't the campers he was with notice he left and look for him? Even if the boy lost contact the group would certainly look for him. And I read your description of the movie, and why would the boy choose to live out there? He could've taken the bird to the camp and back to the city to a vet or whatever. And that the bird was a demon...well, I don't know. It was okay, just a little puzzling. But you did have only 48 hours, so...

I'm inclined to agree with PhantoMatt

It just doesn't really make much sense. Without the author comments, I would have no idea what had happened. I gathered that the bird was not really a bird, and I guess that its unhealed wing kinda passes for a scythe... But the minimal animation left much to be desired.
Also, I really liked the music, but the cutoff and transition from one song to another was too abrupt and ruined the mood.
Overall I can tell a lot of effort went into this, which I respect a lot, and don't think that I'm ragging on your abilities as authors, because I'm not.
I just didn't really get the point.
