This was good but...
I have seen better and I suggest taking more time.
Loved the action
I gave it a 5 because looking at your profile, it says you're only 13. I'm 14 and I still haven't been able to get anywhere near that good. The background music should have been changed for different scenes, and I didn't get to read all the dialogue, but overall it was decent.

Short, Cliche, and Confusing
Well your animation has improved a little since your previous episode, the sound is still good, but still not much going on. The characters are still bigger than their background settings and the music choice was superb and worked well here. My only real problem now is the story. We have Starlow come in, use his power and the Peach's wish power to get rid of Bowser after Luigi kills another Bowser. It sounds interesting, but the way you used Peach to get rid of the second Bowser was just confusing and cliche, practically a cop out. I still want to see more from this, but it needs to be improved from the text boxes to the animation. Once those are improved you should be on a roll.
